Union OnlineThrough " Union Online" Service you will be able to perform your banking transaction using the internet , this service will allow you to :
- Inquire about accounts balances and transactions
- Request permanent (current) standing orders .
- Inquire about foreign exchange rates
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- Pay your Fastlink (Zain) mobile phone bills
- Request a change of address
- Apply for or Suspend a Cheque book .
- Request the issuance or suspension of an ATM card
- Apply for a Visa Card .
- Apply for a local or international transfer “ Wire Transfer “ .
- Apply for a certified cheque, bank guarantee, or issuance / amendment of letters of credit .
SMS ServiceUpon you request , an SMS will be sent to your mobile informing you about your Accounts Balances .ATM Card- Deposits and withdrawals along with the possibility of making cheque deposits through Union Bank's ATM network.
- Inquiries such as: (Account balance inquiry, summary account statement, cheque book request, transfer of funds between accounts and changing pin number).
- Cash withdrawals utilizing other banks ATMs that are members of JONET network.
- All services and products are displayed on the ATM screen allowing the client to review them.
