Union Bank sponsored and participated in the Organizational Success & Excellence Forum which was lately held at Sheraton Amman. The forum was inaugurated by H. E. Mrs. Suhair Al Ali, late Minister of Planning & International Cooperation and attended by H. E. Mrs. Nadia Al Saeed, General Manager of Union Bank, and selected elite of administrative leaders in Jordan, the gulf region and America.

The participation of Union Bank was manifested by the presence of H. E. Mrs. Nadia Al Saeed and by attending all discussion sessions and dialogues about the understanding of organizational success and excellence. Mrs. Al Saeed’s participation was focused on foundations of success and excellence in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Khaled Al Zou’bi, Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager in Union Bank, emphasized the importance of the forum and the contemporary subject matter. Mr. Zou’bi also highlighted the subject for its important role in the development and prosperity of public as well as private organizations and its effectiveness in the perception of competitiveness.
