Recruitment Policy:
-
No employee shall be appointed
outside the organization chart, the set plans and the
budget accredited by the Board of Directors. These tools
determine the number of employees in each department,
including the vacancies and the required qualifications
thereof.

To have passed successfully the
admission examination prescribed by the Bank.
-
The appointment must be approved
by the Bank’s Recruitment Committee.
-
The new employee shall be
subject to a probationary period prescribed in
accordance with the provisions of the Jordanian
Labour Law. The period may be extended for another
period of three months in the light of performance
reports by concerned officials.
-
The candidate must not be
convicted in a felony or misdemeanour that violates
honour. He/She must also be of good behaviour and
conduct.
